Long Beach, CA
Constant ship horns blared through Long Beach in the midnight hours Saturday night.
This nightmare scenario was due to the incredible amount of fog off Long Beach Harbor throughout the day and evening.
Adding to fog conditions are the economic circumstances surrounding the very low cost of oil, resulting in extra supply due to the coronavirus pandemic. 27 Oil tankers are anchored off the coast of Long Beach having to store their company’s extra oil.
These oil tankers have been worried for their safety blowing their ship horns to ensure they do not get crashed into.
This situation in another unusual outcome in the wake of the Coronavirus pandemic.
