Man died after being struck multiple times by vehicles, and police are still looking for hit-and-run drivers

Anaheim, California – At least two people are being sought by law enforcement in connection with a hit-and-run accident that took place in Anaheim on Monday evening and resulted in a fatality.

The Anaheim Police Department reports that the accident happened in the vicinity of State College Boulevard when the male victim was trying to cross Lincoln Avenue and was hit three times by vehicles.

The victim, who was said to be in his 40s, was first struck by a white SUV operated by a woman. After that, he was hit once again by the driver of a white SUV, and then he was struck by a white sedan. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

The female driver of the first white SUV remained at the scene and cooperated with officers. Responding officers said they did not suspect the woman was drunk or under the influence of drugs.

The investigation is ongoing and authorities are still searching for the suspects who left the crime scene.

Information about the identity of the victim was not released.
