Authorities looking for a 64-year-old missing man

Los Angeles County, California – Authorities are asking for the public’s help in the search for a 64-year-old man who was last seen in Rancho Dominguez.

Authorities said the missing man’s family is concerned about his well-being because he is using an oxygen tank at all times and is suffering from congestive heart failure.

A deputy with the Sheriff’s Information Bureau says that Wayne Julius Bell was last seen in the 19000 block of South Laurel Park Road about 3:55 p.m. on Sunday.

Authorities provided a description of Bell, saying he is a Black male, standing 6’ tall and weighing 240 pounds. He was last seen wearing a tank top, black shorts, and a blue jacket. He usually operates a gray 2016 Toyota Highlander with the California license plate 7UEY748.
