LA County sees 1,331 new COVID-19 cases and 36 additional deaths
Los Angeles County, California – There have been 1,331 new cases of COVID-19 and 36 new deaths in Los Angeles County on March 17.
Since the beginning of the pandemic, a total of 2,817,190 COVID-19 cases and 31,408 deaths have been recorded in the county.
Since Wednesday, there have been four fewer coronavirus-related hospitalizations recorded, bringing the total number of patients hospitalized due to virus-related complications to 495, and 90 of them are being treated in ICU.
According to the California Department of Public Health’s vaccine dashboard, 75% of the population of Los Angeles County is considered fully vaccinated.
