Sylmar crash sent two children to hospital

Los Angeles, California – An accident involving a vehicle and a bicycle sent two children to the hospital on Sunday afternoon.

According to the Los Angeles Fire Department, the vehicle struck a bicycle on W. Bombay Street around 4:33 p.m. in Sylmar, leaving an 8-year-old girl and a 12-year-old boy injured.

Authorities said the victims were transported for treatment in a hospital, adding that they are both now in stable condition.
