Authorities asking for public’s help in locating a missing elderly man

Los Angeles, California – Authorities have appealed for the help of the public in locating an elderly man who has dementia and has gone missing.

The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department said the 84-year-old Kann Ros was reported missing after the last time he was seen around 9 a.m. on Sunday in the 1500 block of East 126th Street, near Compton Avenue in the unincorporated Willowbrook area.

Ros is of Cambodian descent. Schrader said that the missing person is 5 feet tall and weighs around 100 pounds. Ros has brown eyes and, as is the case with most men his age, is bald. He was wearing a black beanie, a black jacket, and was using a wheelchair the last time he was seen.
